Rangers Vs. Canucks

The Rangers (0-1-2) will play the Canucks (2-2-1) in Vancouver where they haven't won a game since 1997.

Notes-The Rangers are still looking for their first win of the season, and to achieve that they will have to stay out of the penalty box. Forward Kris Newbury will make his season debut with the Rangers after scoring 8 points in 4 games with the Connecticut Whale (the Rangers' AHL affiliate). He aims to play the agitator role on tonight's game. 

Opponent Notes-The Canucks will play theit first game of the season with forward Ryan Kesler after his hip surgery in July. The Rangers also need to be aware of the Sedin twins. 

The game starts at 10 p.m. on MSG.
